4.3 Non-Payment & Service Suspension: If a client fails to make payment within the agreed timeline specified in their contract, we reserve the right to:
Pause or suspend all marketing activities and services.
Withhold any deliverables, reports, or data until payment is received.
Charge late payment fees as specified in the client agreement.
Services will resume only after full payment of outstanding balances. Continued non-payment may result in contract termination.
4.4 Late Payments:
Late payments incur statutory interest and fixed compensation fees under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. Additional work outside the agreed scope will be charged at £50/hr. Work assumes a month-to-month basis. All terminations require 30 days’ notice in writing.
5. Intellectual Property
